Privacy policy

We appreciate your visit on our website and assure you that we take the protection of your privacy very seriously. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO). It is of great concern to us to inform you here in detail about what happens to your data when you visit our site.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

You can visit our website at any time without providing any personal information. We will then only store access data without any personal reference, which may be, for example, the name of your Internet service provider, the page you are using to visit us or the name of a requested file. We use this data exclusively internally and only to improve our offer. It is never possible to draw conclusions about your person.

If you contact us via the contact form on our site, we automatically save your IP address, the date and time of contact. This is a protective measure for you in case a third party misuses your data and thus registers with us without your knowledge. Of course, we do not pass on your data to third parties. Nor do we match the data collected in this way with other data about you that may be requested by other components on our site.

We never request personal data online, unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting us via online form or e-mail. These data include your name as well as the name of your company, your e-mail address and your telephone number. Without separate consent, we use them exclusively for the fulfillment and processing of your request, including any further questions you may have. We collect, process and store your personal data without exception in accordance with the provisions of European data protection law.

SSL encryption using https

The additional s in https:// in front of our website indicates that we ensure the protection of confidential data. We use the SSL certificate to encrypt the data transfer on our website and to transfer all data securely on the Internet. An SSL secured page can be recognized by the small lock symbol in front of the address (URL) displayed in the browser and by the use of https as part of the internet address.

Server data

The following data, so-called server log files, are collected by us for technical reasons because your Internet browser sends them to us or our web space provider:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Website, from which you are visiting us (referrer URL)
  • Website you are visiting
  • Date and time of your access
  • Your Internet Protocol (= IP) address

This data is anonymous and is stored separately from any personal data you may provide. Thus, no conclusions can be drawn about a specific person. The data is only evaluated for statistical purposes in order to be able to optimize our Internet presence and our offers.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your data from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal message by e-mail is sufficient for us. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remain unaffected by this.

Cookies

Google Analytics

Due to our legitimate interests, this website uses the "Google Analytics" service to optimize and analyze our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO the service "Google Analytics", which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The service (Google Analytics) uses "cookies" - text files that are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google LLC complies with European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active.

IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. Only in individual cases the IP address is initially transmitted unabbreviated to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. The user's IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.

As part of the agreement on the order data agreement, which we as website operators have concluded with Google Inc., the latter uses the information collected to create an evaluation of website use and website activity and provides services associated with the internet use.

The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to evaluate the use of our online offering by individual users, e.g. to create reports on website activity in order to improve our online offering.

You have the option of preventing cookies from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. It is not guaranteed that you can access all functions of this website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies.

Furthermore, you can use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc. The following link will take you to the corresponding plugin: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Alternatively, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about you within this website by clicking on this link (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). By clicking on the above link, you will download an "opt-out cookie". Your browser must therefore generally allow the storage of cookies for this purpose. If you delete your cookies regularly, you will need to click on the link again each time you visit this website.
